Shipping Info & Return Policy

How much is shipping?

We offer Free Shipping Worldwide on all orders $50 (USD) and over.  

Shipping costs for order less than $50 are:

USA $5 
Canada $8
International $10

IMPORTANT NOTE:  The customer is responsible for any taxes, customs or duty fees that may apply to your home country at the time of, or after delivery, and Rainbowgrove Dreams does not have any control over these fees.

 

How long does it take to process an order?

Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days, sometimes it may be a few days longer for custom made items or during holidays.  


How long does it take for an order to arrive?

For Apparel:
Orders to the US generally take 10 - 12 business days. 
Orders to Canada and Europe generally take 12 - 15 business days.
Orders to all other destinations may take around 20 business days.

For All Other Items:
US and Canada generally take 2-4 weeks.

*Please note that all other destinations shipping times may vary.  The time varies depending on the item ordered, the destination of the package, customs delays and holidays.

Can I have a tracking number? 

Most orders placed within the US and Canada will have a tracking number available.  Please contact us at hello@rainbowgrovedreams.com if you require a tracking number and one was not provided.

Outside of the USA and Canada, some international orders will receive a tracking number, but please note that some international orders may not.

If your tracking number shows your order was delivered but you haven't received it yet, contact your local post office or customs as soon as possible.  There may be a chance you need to pick up the package or that your package is lost and a claim must be made with the postal service.  Sometimes if a package is at one of these locations and is not picked up with in a few days they will ship the package back to the original sender.  If this happens, we can reship you the package but there would be a fee to re-ship a package to you, (even though we offer free shipping on typical orders). 


I ordered 2+ items, but only received one, where is my order?

Due to the fact that we have a variety of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you as fast as possible.  This means you may receive one item before the next.  Therefore, if you have received one item but not your full order please don’t worry, it is on its way.  If you have any further questions about where your purchases may be please contact hello@rainbowgrovedreams.com and we will be happy to assist you. 

    What is your return/refund/exchange policy? *

    Returns/Exchanges For Apparel: 
    (Excluding all non apparel items)

    To exchange for store credit or to return for refund the following conditions must be met: 

    -Item is in its original condition (never washed or worn)

    -It has been less than 21 days since you received it

    -You agree to pay for the return shipping of the item you are exchanging or returning (tracked shipment is strongly recommended)

    For Exchanges:
    Once we receive the item in its original condition and process the exchange we will issue you store credit so you can reorder. 

    For Returns:  Once we receive the item in its original condition and process the return we will issue you a refund minus the *restocking fee.

    *Restocking fee is $5 USD.
    We don't charge a restocking fee for exchanges.

    All Other Returns/Refunds
    (Excluding apparel items)

      Please note that in most cases, the cost of shipping for a return is the responsibility of the customer.  
      Returns/refunds are handled on an individual basis.

      If your item arrives with a manufacturer defective, please contact us stating details at hello@rainbowgrovedreams.com within 3 days of receiving the item.  In most cases we will be able to resend you a new product. 

      If there is an error in receiving your product due to Rainbowgrove Dreams (For example:  We ship the wrong product), we will fix our mistake. 

      Please note that if an error is made due to customer error, refunds/returns are not provided. (For example: providing incorrect shipping address, choosing wrong size/color of products, etc.)

      We do not accept returns or refunds on promotional items.

      We do not take responsibility if your item arrives damaged due to rough shipping and handling.  However, please contact us at hello@rainbowgrovedreams.com and we will make every effort to assist you.

      Our policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
      To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
      Please note that some types of goods may be exempt from being returned. 

      Example of non-returnable items:
      Gift cards
      Downloadable/software products
      Some health and personal care items

      To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
      Please do not send your purchase back to our manufacturer or warehouse.

      There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
      Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
      Any item that is returned more than 45 days after delivery

      Refunds (if applicable):
      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

      Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  
      If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@rainbowgrovedreams.com.

      Sale items (if applicable):
      Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

      **You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.**

      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

      For any returns/exchanges we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
